WorkTime is a read-only dashboard. It is designed so that almost no personal data is ever needed: work status is computed in your browser from public calendar data, and nothing that identifies you is stored on our servers.

Data we collect

The dashboard requires no account: we never ask for your name or email to use it. Timezone detection, favorites and display preferences are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

Local browser storage

Your favorites and UI preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage on your own device. They never leave your browser unless you choose to share them, and clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes them permanently.

Third-party services

We use Google AdSense to display advertising; AdSense may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's policies. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard request logs for security and performance.

If you subscribe, your email address is stored and processed by our newsletter provider MailerLite solely to deliver the emails you requested. Subscription uses double opt-in: you confirm via a link we email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you — in practice this is limited to your newsletter subscription. Contact us through the channels listed in the site footer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
